Chadd is the Founder and CEO of Cobra Trading. As Captain of the Ship, he is dedicated to bringing exceptional customer service to Cobra traders. Prior to establishing Cobra Trading in 2004, he worked for PaineWebber, American Express Financial Direct, and has been involved in equities trading since 1995. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, where he received a B.S. in Business from the Carlson School of Management and also holds Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 27, 55 securities licenses. During his free time, Chadd likes to spend time out on the lake or road tripping with his family and 3 Great Danes.

As the President of Cobra Trading, Ryan provides strategic direction and guides the company as it continues to grow. He graduated from St. Edward’s University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and has continued to grow his knowledge of the industry by becoming licensed in Series 24, 3, 7, 55, 63, and SIE. He also received his Branch Office Management Certification. He has over 22 years of experience in the Trading and Financial Services industry and prior to joining Cobra he has worked with many successful companies, such as Refinitiv, REDI Global Technologies, and Bank of America. His favorite parts about working at Cobra Trading are its culture and values. Cobra cares not only about the client, but its employees as well. Every day, our team strives to have fun and be better than the day before. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with family, watching his sons play lacrosse, serving for his Church, working out, and smoking a little bit of BBQ.

Daniel is a Series 57, 7 and 63 licensed broker and has worked at Cobra Trading since 2010. With over 20 years of experience in trading, he helps lead Cobra’s team of floor brokers to provide the best customer service to customers and prospective clients. He is a graduate of the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He enjoys working with the Cobra team and also helping customers to ensure they have the best everyday trading experience. During his free time, you’ll find Daniel taking day trips with his family or playing Nintendo with his kids. He is also an avid soccer and Formula One racing fan.

As part of Broker Support at Cobra Trading, Aaron helps open new accounts, assists with compliance duties, and takes on any projects that help support our brokers in providing clients and potential clients with top notch customer service. With 5 years of experience in trading, Cobra Trading is the first firm Aaron has worked for. He is a graduate of Collin College in Plano, TX and the University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, TX. He spends his time outside of work doing all kinds of activities with his wife and 2 kids. He plays several instruments for fun and also likes to stay active through playing football, basketball, and completing half marathons.

Devon is a part of the team of Brokers at Cobra Trading that supports active trading accounts and uncovers business opportunities. He holds a B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas and is a Series 7 and Series 63 licensed broker. Prior to joining Cobra Trading, Devon worked for Charles Schwab and USAA. Outside of work he likes to do anything that keeps him active.

Allison is a Junior Broker at Cobra Trading where she aids in the new accounts process, handles broker transactions, assists clients, and provides administrative support. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a minor in Actuarial Science from Texas Tech University. She holds her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Prior to joining the Cobra Trading team, she worked as a Financial Advisor at Equitable Advisors. Her favorite part about working at Cobra Trading is the friendly atmosphere and drive of every employee who works there. Outside of work she likes to work out, spend time with family and her dog, George, listen to live music and enjoy as much time as she can outdoors.

Kimberly is a part of the Accounting team at Cobra Trading that handles billing, onboarding new accounts, marketing efforts, office coordination, and compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi and prior to joining the Cobra Trading team, she worked as an Account Specialist and an Account Analyst at the Mississippi Public Employees’ Retirement System. Her favorite part about working at Cobra Trading is the opportunity to focus on a variety of projects and work in an environment where she is always gaining knowledge and developing new skills. Outside of work she likes to draw, read, write, travel with her husband, study Eastern philosophy and Stoicism, and cuddle with her spoiled cat, Juju.
